What if my child is being bullied ?

We believe everyone has a right to feel safe, happy and learn in a positive, successful learning environment. We aim to promote positive, trusting and respectful relationships while negotiating difference which develop healthy, confident and resilient individuals. Bullying and harassment will not be tolerated. Your child will be encouraged to follow our plan where bullying is reported and dealt with appropriately. We have clear expectations and guidelines across the school.

Is there a waiting list to enrol my child ?

Where the vacancies are almost fully taken up, a priority system is employed to fill remaining places.

What if my child is struggling at school ?

Our dedicated staff will provide information to parents / caregivers about your child's progress. Working together we will put appropriate' Individual Education Plans' in place to help your child.

Is before and after school care available ?

We offer before and after school care as well as vacation care for busy families. Please contact the Camp Australia staff on 1300 105 343 for more information.

What high schools can my child go to ?

Our Year 6  (Year 7 until 2018) students transfer to a number of different secondary settings. St Patrick's School students have guaranteed entry to Mount Carmel College. As a Catholic primary school, St Patrick's School students have priority entry to a number of other Catholic secondary schools such as: Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College, Blackfriars Priory School, Christian Brothers College, Nazareth College, St Aloysius College, St Mary's College and St Dominic's College.

Does the school teach my child about the Sacraments ?

We encourage parents to enrol their child in the sacramental programme offered at the Croydon Park Parish. Teachers support the sacramental programme through the Religious Education lessons and activities at school.

Do you have to be Catholic to attend St Patrick's School ?

We are a Catholic School and ask all students and families to support the Catholic ethos and values in which our community is grounded. We have children from diverse religious backgrounds as well as those who have no particular faith, all of which we respect, welcome and celebrate in our community.

How much are school fees and how can I make payments ?

School fees are set at an affordable level and are outlined in the Enrolment section of this website. Families who are eligible for school card discount will pay a reduced fee.

Parents have the option to pay in a number of instalments or through direct debit.
