Catholic Education South Australia

For Parents

At St. Patrick's School we strive to work in partnership with parents to support each child's learning.

Parents and community members make a huge contribution to our school community as volunteers in many different ways. As part for the Child Protection Guidelines all volunteers must be registered which includes completing a police clearance as required by Catholic Education.

Parents are encouraged to attend school functions, hear children read, assist teachers in classes, canteen, help in the Resource Centre, sports teams and assist with dance groups.

The School Board and the Parents and Friends are two formal groups that support the life of our school community.

Parental involvement plays an important role in building a strong sense of community at St. Patrick's School.
